NYRP
The NYRP (New York Restoration Project) is a non-profit organisation that was founded by Bette in 1995, to clean up New York City. Bette founded this charity after being disturbed by the state of the city, and how much litter she saw on the streets.
The NYRP has been publicised through the media countless times, has appeared on Uk Tv's Ground Force: NYRP Special, and holds a yearly fundraiser in the shape of Hulaween, which is a huge social event held around Halloween time every year.
Celebrities that have attended this in the past include Rosie O'Donnell, Caroline Rhea and Bette herself (Bette attends every year).
If you wish to attend a Hulaween, you should be prepared to spend up to $1000 for a table.
Hulaween tickets sell out quickly, so if you wish to book seats for next year's fundraiser, keep checking NYRP.org
for details, as well as for pictures from the last event.
